(1) The length of the stay in the bath is 4 hours. In addition of the sevice fees, our guests must pay an overstay deposit fee in cash. It is refundable at the end of the treatment course at the ticket office. If the guest leaves through the gate only at later time, the overstay deposit fee will not be redeemed.
If there is any change in the health condition of the patient, our guest is required to inform the therapist and the doctor. If the treatment course cannot be completed, and this fact is noted by our doctor, we can reimburse treatments that have been paid for but not utilised.
